Refund Policy

ScoreReady Plus is available as a one-time lifetime payment ($29 AUD) or a recurring monthly subscription ($9/mo AUD), billed via Stripe.
Cooling-off period
If you change your mind within 14 days of payment and haven't made substantial use of Plus features, contact us via Discord and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Monthly subscriptions
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current billing period, which you'll retain Plus access for until it ends.
Lifetime payments
Outside the 14-day cooling-off period, lifetime payments are non-refundable, as they grant permanent access to the service.
Service issues
If ScoreReady is unavailable or broken for an extended period and you weren't able to use what you paid for, contact us via Discord — we'll make it right, including a refund or extension where appropriate.

Reach out via our Discord server (linked in the footer) with the email address used for your ScoreReady account, and we'll process eligible refunds promptly.
